Friedrich Petzel Gallery is pleased to announce its fourth solo exhibition of work by Jorge Pardo.
The exhibition will be comprised of fifteen monochromatic, geometric forms housing "pinhole cameras". Each sculpture will take a black and white photograph of another, and the resulting photographs will be compiled into a book.
This is Pardo's second group of pinhole cameras; the first examples, which were made in 1987, included objects such as a styrofoam cup and a wooden owl.
